Talenarrator processes your voice input directly in your browser to generate story narrations. We do not record or store audio on our servers. The text of your story interactions is sent to our AI provider (Groq) solely to generate narrative responses and is not retained after the request completes.
Story history and profile preferences — including your chosen name, genre, narrator voice, and story length — are saved only in your device's local storage. This data never leaves your device unless you explicitly share it.

Each service operates under its own privacy policy. Only your story text and chosen name are transmitted — no device identifiers, IP logs, or usage analytics are collected by Talenarrator.
Talenarrator does not use tracking cookies, advertising pixels, or third-party analytics scripts. The only browser storage used is localStorage for your profile and story history, and localStorage for your consent preference.
Microphone access is requested solely to capture your spoken story choices. Audio is processed locally in your browser and is not uploaded to any server. You can revoke microphone permission at any time through your browser or device settings.
Talenarrator is designed to be suitable for all ages, including children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information, please contact us and we will promptly delete it.
Because Talenarrator stores data only on your device, you can delete all data at any time by clearing your browser's local storage, or by using your device's app settings (on iOS). We have no server-side records to delete on your behalf.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of Talenarrator after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
